This study introduces the Harmony in Life Scale (HILS), designed to complement the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) by focusing on psychological balance and flexibility as central to subjective well-being. The paper explores differences between harmony and satisfaction concepts and provides validation through empirical studies.
