Abstract
This study highlights self-transcendence as a promising approach to overcoming suffering during COVID-19, presenting the development and validation of the Self-Transcendence Measure-B (STM-B). It explores the psychometric properties and demonstrates its role as a buffer against COVID-19 adversities.
